After 25 years of experience, chef Rodrigo Martinez has fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant. A project born from his passion for gastronomy and commitment to excellence both in the kitchen and in the service, creating a unique proposal for lovers of gastronomy. The result of this was the entry, in 2025, to the Michelin Guide.
