Refugi del Llac de Pessons, one of the resort's most iconic restaurants, is open in both winter and summer to offer a gastronomic experience based on traditional mountain cuisine. Its menu includes local specialities such as escudella and trinxat, mountain rice dishes and a careful selection of chargrilled meats, including wagyu beef.
The restaurant also offers the possibility of booking dinners combined with unique nocturnal experiences, such as snowmobile outings or snowshoe excursions. In addition, a sommelier with extensive experience in Andorra is on hand to advise you on its extensive wine list.
Access to the restaurant is also part of the experience: you can get there on skis or snowshoes in the winter and on foot in the summer while taking in the beauty of the mountain landscapes along the way, whichever the season.
