Andorra la Vella, 12 May 2026.- Andorra Selected continues to grow and strengthen the country's position as a premium international destination with the incorporation of 14 new establishments, which brings the number of members to 46.
On Monday, Andorra Turisme held an event in which the newly awarded establishments were given the plaque that identifies them as members: Berna 1845, Cristina Cerqueda Jewelry, El Racó de Solanelles, Grandvalira Mountain Club, Koy Hermitage, KÚU Pollyanna Home, L'Abarset, Maison Roca, Restaurant Refugi del Llac de Pessons, Select Rentals, Sol i Neu Club Hermitage, The Black Pine Hotel, ToC Restaurant & Cocktail Bar and Viladomat Signature. The event, with the CEA and Chamber of Commerce in attendance, also served as a networking space for participating members.
"Andorra Selected represents the country's commitment to a tourism model based on quality, excellence and differentiation, aimed at attracting a higher-value visitor interested in unique and personalised experiences", explained the Minister of Tourism and Commerce, Jordi Torres. In this regard, Andorra Turisme's commercial strategy focuses especially on long-distance markets, such as the United States and Canada, and several Latin American countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Paraguay, Argentina and Puerto Rico. At the same time, positioning as a premium destination is also being worked on in traditional markets that already operate with Andorra.
In recent years, Andorra Selected has intensified its international presence with participation in fairs, workshops and specialised events in the luxury and premium segment, as well as with B2B actions with tour operators and specialised agencies. Among its activities, product presentations in target markets, joint actions with international partners and the organisation of FAM trips with tour operators from countries such as Brazil and Colombia stand out. The project enjoys a presence at leading international events in the premium sector, such as the ILTM or Connections Luxury fairs, as well as at specialised professional events in North America and Latin America.
Current data indicates a progressive increase in international interest in Andorra and the premium product, with a notable rise in visitors from these markets, as well as confirmed interest from tour operators and specialised international agencies.
With these new additions, Andorra Selected is approaching 50 members and consolidates its growth three years after its creation. The project was created with the aim of establishing the country within the international premium segment and, since that time, it has experienced constant evolution both in terms of the number of companies joining and its international projection.
